The Bayberry Candle

Have you ever heard of the bayberry candle tradition? It has become my favorite part of the holiday season and I am thrilled to share it with all of you!

Originating in the coal region, legend has it that a bayberry candle can bring you luck. “ A Bayberry candle burned to the socket, brings health to the home and wealth to the pocket.” It is believed that your household will enjoy a year of good luck and prosperity by burning bayberry candles on either Christmas or New Year’s Eve … or both! You must burn them to the end and please make sure to always use candle care safety tips when burning your candles.

The Bayberry candles are handmade with a lovely bayberry spruce scent and sprinkled with our signature house blessing. It is a great way to acknowledge friends and family during the holidays in a meaningful way.
